The more we understand how the body works, the easier it is to take care of its real needs.
As a performing athlete preparing for competitions, I noticed how strongly my health and energy changed once I stopped eating certain products. This experience led me to investigate food regulations and standards more deeply. I discovered that many additives and chemicals, often considered “safe,” can affect the body when consumed regularly — even within their so-called acceptable daily intake (ADI).
Bodybuilding keeps me motivated to explore this subject further, and I continue to educate myself on how nutrition shapes performance and well-being.
