Knowledge That Shaped Me
Now that I’m over 40, I know for sure: personal development makes me better — and I have no intention of stopping. Every step of learning has shaped not only my career but also my way of seeing the world. This section is a reflection of some studies, certifications, and personal discoveries that continue to guide my journey.

Clinical Research
&Health
I’ve always been curious about how medical knowledge is developed and shared. This course gave me a solid foundation in how clinical research works — from asking the right questions to designing and conducting studies. It deepened my understanding of how evidence-based medicine is built and strengthened my motivation to explore public health and research ethics further.

Clinical Practice
&Health
I believe that lifestyle, habits, nutrition, and mindset shape our health, but I’m also curious about medicine and research. The ICH GCP (E6 R2) course helped me understand how clinical trials are conducted, with a focus on patient safety and data quality. This strengthened my interest in lab testing and research, and it motivated me to continue learning through The GHN.

IT World
&AI
AI is the future, and in 2024, I decided to begin my personal journey into this fascinating and rapidly growing field. I started with an online course designed to bring me up to speed with the basics. That’s how I discovered the Universus online course, which truly opened the door for me into the world of artificial intelligence and inspired me to continue learning and exploring its endless possibilities.

Sports &Bodybuilding
Sport has always been a big part of my life. When I began competing in bodybuilding in the bikini category, I knew I wanted to deepen my theoretical knowledge to support my practical experience. My coach recommended that I study at the Dr. Gottlob Institute, where I received certification and gained a much deeper understanding of the human body, training principles, and physical performance.

Leadership &Development
While working at the global corporation John Deere, I received regular training as part of my professional development. However, after being promoted to a leadership position, I felt the need to explore leadership from a broader, more human-centered perspective. That’s when I found the EVA course, led by Viktor Alekseevich Efimov. This course offered me valuable insights into leadership within organizations and helped me grow both professionally and personally.

Hypnosis
&self Development
After moving to Germany, I noticed that my sensitivity to people and energy began to grow. I started experiencing things I couldn’t easily explain and wanted to understand them from a logical perspective. That’s when I discovered the hypnosis school of N. Burlakova. Through this education, I found answers to many deep personal questions and gained powerful tools for self-awareness and personal growth.

Ag Machinery &Engineering
After working for over four years in the agricultural machinery field, I realized I wanted to deepen my technical knowledge. I decided to study at the Goryachkin Agricultural University. There, I gained a solid understanding of machinery and engineering, which later played a key role in my career development at John Deere – a company I proudly worked for and grew within

Language &Communication
After finishing school, my sister and I were encouraged to pursue studies in languages. That’s how I entered a linguistic university, where I not only learned to communicate confidently in foreign languages, but also how to teach those skills to others. This education helped shape my love for learning and connecting across cultures.
Learning is my engine — it fuels my curiosity, energy, and passion for life. I believe that every new insight opens the door to deeper understanding, and I’m committed to growing, evolving, and discovering more each day.
Professional Profile
From the very beginning of my career, I was driven by the desire to grow, to explore, and to contribute to something greater. My professional journey started right after university at a spare parts factory named Tsitron, where I was first introduced to international suppliers, customs processes, and production lines. It was my first deep dive into global business mechanics.
Later, I worked with CNH dealers in the Stavropol region (STC), which gave me valuable field experience and a taste of the agricultural machinery industry. However, a turning point came when I joined EkoNiva — John Deere’s official dealer in Russia. It was here that I realized my passion for engineering and decided to pursue a formal degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Eventually, this path led me to John Deere — the company I had always dreamt of joining. It was my opportunity to challenge myself within a global corporation, and I embraced it fully. I eagerly absorbed knowledge, refined my skills, and enjoyed participating in a wide range of projects — both local and international. Working at John Deere allowed me to grow not only as a specialist but as a human being. I am deeply grateful for the experience and for the people I had the chance to learn from.
Alongside my technical path, I was always active in community life — especially during my university years in Mikhailovsk, where I took part in the Youth Union and contributed to the social and cultural development of the town.
Today, with this rich and diverse background, I continue moving forward — combining technology, systems thinking, and the human side of progress.
